Jeremy Cohen is a founder and CEO of Knoll Printing & Packaging, a leader in luxury packaging since 1984, with solid relationships in the cosmetics industry. Mr. Cohen recognized the game-changing evolution in technology as a pre-cursor to the next level of evolution in packaging, digitally connecting consumers directly with brands. CSCONNECT was formed to engage the brands through ‘connected packaging for all forms of packaging, not limited to the Rigid Box category produced by Knoll.
Gary Montalbano has over 30 years in the cosmetic industry, working at L’Oréal, Avon and Estee Lauder. As Vice President, Gary and his teams have worked with established brands such as Clinique, Lancôme, Biotherm, La Mer, Jo Malone and Bobbi Brown. In his career he has worked directly with Marketing, R&D, Product Development and supply chain. Gary graduated with a B.S. in Chemistry from Fairleigh Dickerson University in New Jersey.
